These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ChatToMarket (the “Service”), operated by ChatToMarket (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to:
Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated posts.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish to social media platforms. We do not review or moderate generated content before publication. You must ensure your content complies with the terms of service of each platform you post to.
AI limitations: Content is generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. You should review all generated content before publishing.
Free plan: Includes up to 2 generations per day with limited platform support and no scheduling.
Paid plans: Monthly (£9.99/month) and Yearly (£99.99/year) plans provide unlimited generations, all platform support, scheduling, and analytics. Payments are processed by Stripe in GBP.
Billing cycle: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
When you connect a social media account, you authorise us to post content on your behalf. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the Settings page. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms on your account.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ChatToMarket and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
